Stephen Ian, was given life in this world on the 8th May 1987, his birth brought joy to all around him he had a smile for everyone he met. During the week leading up to xmas stephen became ill, and was taken to hospital after multiple tests had been undertaken he was diagnosed with Reyes Syndrome, an illness very little was known about, on xmas eve we were told no more could be done for Stephen who sadly passed away on this day. Stephen was loved by his sister Sara Jane who continually smothered him with love and affection, his younger sister Ann-Alecia never met him but has our treasured memories of Stephen to share, as to what a wonderful son and brother he was. Stephen gained the Love and admiration of his auntie Karen who was devastated when he was taken from us, however all our love will always be with him and he will always be in our hearts.
